Bradnant Equestrian Centre is based in Powys in the heart of mid-Wales, just 2 miles from the town of Llanidloes and 8 miles from the town of Newtown.

We offer horse riding lessons for everybody - we cater for all ages and abilities, from beginners to experienced riders.

Beginners and nervous riders can rest assured you are being taught by experienced and qualified teachers with safe horses and ponies in our purpose built indoor arena.

For experienced riders we offer tailored lessons and clinics to address particular areas for improvement such as dressage and jumping, competitions and excellent accompanied hacking in the in the beautiful mid-Wales countryside.

We also run Pony Days for children in the school holidays where they learn to care for as well as ride a pony - and have lots of fun doing it - see our Pony Days page for more information.!

Again for children and young adults, we are a Pony Club Approved Centre and run Rally Days once a month - see our

For adults (from 16years onwards) who want to learn more about keeping a horse or train to enter a job in the equine industry, we offer equine courses in association with Yale College in Wrexham for whom we are an approved Outreach training centre. We can take you through the British Horse Society 'stages' right through to achieveing your BHSAI or you could follow the City & Guilds NVQ route instead.
